So happy to find this podcast. Just read an article on trust/psychological safety and its premise was “trust is an input”, and in my practice I know that trust is an/the output! Thank you so much for the podcast.

Thanks so much Terri. I appreciate your comment. We both understand that Trust is an outcome. I’d also say, an outcome of doing many front-end leadership pieces well. That’s what makes the difference. It’s hard to start with trust when there is no trust. Trust is built one action at a time and in community with others who experience safety in the community. Thanks for sharing your perspective.
