Barnaby Wynter grew up in the Cotswold region of the UK and didn’t see any Black people until he was 16 years old. Later in 1978, during the Two Tone era of music, he attended a concert of three mixed Black and White member bands who blended SCAR and Punk music. He experienced an amazing energy that has since informed his life about the power of blending.

As a successful brand creation expert with over 457 brands to his name, Barnaby is the founder of The Brand Bucket Company, a UK based business that serves a broad range of clients from the Fortune 500, the Financial Times Stock Exchange 100 (FTSE), to start-ups. He has now dedicated himself to making a difference by being a white ally who mentors businesspeople from the African-Caribbean community of the UK. Now a mentor to 17, he believes diverse businesses are stronger and more profitable.
