Ame-Lia Tamburrini: Beyond Tolerance to Create a Culture of Belonging (Episode # 467F) 

Ame-Lia Tamburrini is the founder and CEO of Hum Consulting based in British Columbia, Canada. She moves organizations and communities beyond diversity, equity, and inclusion into cultures of belonging.

Her clients include non-profits, corporations, those in government and education sectors, and rural, remote, and Indigenous communities. Ame-Lia holds a Master of Science In Epidemiology, a BSc in Kinesiology, and she is a certified facilitator of restorative justice, circle dialogue, and trauma-informed practices.
