Tony Colon: How to Create a Profitable Business Exit: Part 1 (Episode # 497F)

Mr. Antonio (Tony) Colon successfully founded and sold three businesses, Martinelli Realty, Inc., a commercial real estate company; Splat Master’s Paintball, Inc. (SMP) known worldwide for engineering and design innovation in the paintball industry; and Combat Training Solutions, Inc. (CTS), a company specializing in Special Effects Devices to enhance military training and save the lives of warfighters nationwide and in sixteen foreign countries.

CTS received numerous awards to include the Military Technology Magazine’s Top Innovator Award for five consecutive years. Tony, among other awards, received the 2010 Colorado Small Businessperson Award and the ColoradoBiz magazine’s 2011 Top 50 Colorado Minority Owned Companies.

A service disabled 20 year US Air Force veteran who served as a jet engine mechanic and an Astronautical Engineer, Tony received his degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Mississippi. He leveraged his military experience, education, and business experiences to create each successful company.
