A talented and successful #1 Gospel broadcast host on WHUR radio station in Washington, DC was recently taken away from us by the Corona virus. In addition to playing gospel music, Patrick Ellis was known for his love for the community as expressed by feeding and clothing those in need, helping the sick, and supporting women’s shelters for domestic violence. Although not initially intent to pursue broadcasting, he said the radio came to him by divine intervention.
