Hi, I’m Dr. Karen Y. Wilson-Starks and I created The THINK Positive Leadership Model to share my best ideas on what is necessary to create a positive leadership culture that gets positive business results.
Positive leadership cultures don’t happen accidentally. They are created and nurtured. There are key activities successful executives do daily to create the desired organizational impact.
I have been advising executive leaders for more than 30 years. The THINK model identifies the daily executive leadership actions that build the foundation for positive leadership in your company.
The good news is that you can learn these skills and deliberately put them to use in your organization. Like any skill, regular deliberate practice and utilization over time creates results.

On Fridays, we post graphic summaries of the key leadership strategies from that week’s new show(s).
